The sooner we’re honest with ourselves about our financial circumstances, the sooner we can work to hone them 

 

Day 3 is about Setting Boundaries


In order to keep these new habits and establish others down the line, you will need to work on setting clear boundaries with yourself and others

 

Day 4 is Self Care Day

Making time to care for yourself away from your phone, emails, work, and the like. It’s time for just you

 

Day 5 Is about Slowing Down

 

It can be easy to get caught up in a rush. Learn to slow down and stop rushing

 

Day 6 is about Enjoying Life 

 

What is life without taking some time to enjoy it? It’s not all about productivity and management. When those become aligned, you are more able to enjoy your time off

   Day 7 is about Money Management

 

Think ahead and plan ahead. This is the best way to not stress your future self out


Day 8 is about Less is More 

 

Is to appreciate what we have and know that less is more. We don’t need a bunch of “stuff” to make us happy  

 

Day 9 is about Multi-Tasking vs Single-Tasking

 
When we focus our energy and attention on something for a period of time (while being present and mindful) we tend to make fewer mistakes and actually save time and energy


Day 10 is all about your Worth  

 

Giving yourself the gift of self-love is a powerful thing. This raises your vibration and your confidence. Amazing things happen when we practice self-love
