For over 17 years, I’ve dedicated my life to teaching gentle yoga and holistic living, helping women like you find peace, clarity, and balance. My journey hasn’t been without its challenges—I’ve faced chronic illness, burnout, and the overwhelming stress of juggling multiple responsibilities. But those struggles have shaped who I am and deepened my passion for helping others thrive.

 

I believe stress and anxiety shouldn’t hold you back from pursuing your dreams. Through holistic practices like mindset shifts, organization, boundary-setting, and self-care, I’ve discovered how to reclaim peace and purpose—and I’m here to guide you on that same path.
