Overcoming health concerns can make class settings impractical for some. With PRIVATE Approachable Yoga/Health & Wellness Coaching Sessions for Every Body sessions, Jen can focus on your individual needs, altering and aligning you throughout the practice.
DEVELOP A HOME PRACTICE Developing a personal home yoga practice is not recommended until after working with a professional because home practice without any initial instruction can lead to accidental injury. Private Approachable Yoga for Every Body sessions with Jen make it possible to create a plan that is appropriate for practicing in your home.
CHOOSE GENTLE YOGA OR YOGA BASICS depending on your needs (ie. start off with Gentle Yoga sessions and then build up to Yoga Basics or the opposite, if needed).
ONLINE SESSIONS WILL BE RECORDED via Zoom and sent to you within 24-48 business hours so that you can watch again and practice.
