CELESTIAL YOGA, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR WITHOUT DELAY, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This, along with the New Student Form for PROGRAMS/SESSIONS/PRODUCTS, makes up the entire Agreement between you and Celestial Yoga, LLC relating to the subject matter herein and will not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties or by a change in the Terms made by Celestial Yoga, LLC as set forth in the preamble to these Terms.
