I'm Jen James!
After teaching yoga, meditation, and coaching in person for over 17 years,I experienced profound loss, including losing both of my parents young—my mom at 69 and my dad at 72—and my closest college friend just five weeks after her cancer diagnosis. During that same season, I also chose to release friendships that no longer supported my well-being.
By embracing my Four Pillars—Managing Mindset, Organizing & Prioritizing, Setting Healthy Boundaries, and Practicing Self-Care—I’ve been able to manage my stress and anxiety holistically while creating more peace, balance, and focus in my life.
