For nearly two decades, I’ve been teaching Gentle Yoga and holistic living, helping women find peace and balance amidst the chaos of life. But I quickly realized that occasional classes weren’t enough for lasting change—many of my students were still feeling stuck and overwhelmed, craving more.

Through my own experiences with chronic illness, stress, and burnout, I knew the power of taking a deeper, more holistic approach to well-being. That’s when I began integrating mindset shifts, organization, setting healthy boundaries, and practicing consistent self-care into both my life and my teachings.
