Hi, I’m Jen James, founder and CEO of Celestial Yoga, LLC
For nearly two decades, I’ve guided creative, empathetic women through yoga, meditation, and holistic practices designed to ease stress and bring more balance to daily life. Over the years, I saw again and again that while a weekly class offered relief, it wasn’t enough for women who felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unworthy of the peace they craved.
