Hey there, I’m Jen James!
For almost two decades, I taught Gentle Yoga and meditation in person, guiding women of all ages, sizes, and abilities to manage stress and reconnect with themselves. But I realized that showing up for a class once or twice a week wasn’t enough for lasting change.
After facing my own struggles with chronic illness, burnout, and anxiety, I discovered that true transformation comes from a more holistic approach — shifting mindset, creating organization, setting boundaries, and practicing consistent self-care. That’s what helped me rebuild my own life with more peace, clarity, and confidence.
Now, I’ve taken my work online — creating courses and coaching programs designed to help creative, empathetic women not only relieve stress, but also embrace their worthiness and pursue the dreams they’ve been putting off.
