I want to teach you how to successfully manage your chronic stress and pain holistically.   Guiding you to manage how you care for yourself in between classes and doctor's appointments so that you can begin your unique healing process and feel more comfortable in your body, mind and soul.

 

 

I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher for over 18 years now plus a health and wellness coach

 

I help empathetic women manage their stress and chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain holistically with gentle yoga, mindfulness and self-care techniques

 

I decided a long time ago, to devote myself to learning all I could about stress and pain management so I could become the expert I needed to help me overcome minor depression, various eating disorders and getting my body into alignment after previous broken bones, surgeries and various neck, back and shoulder issues that I dealt with my entire life. 

I started putting together the pieces and discovered the physical and mental struggles I dealt with my entire life could be alleviated holistically. It wasn’t just theoretical. The proof was in the pudding. I became stronger and more flexible, mentally and physically, every week I practiced. I was thrilled with these results, but knew I wasn’t done. 

I continued to refine my approach and further my education to learn more about pain management. 

That’s when I discovered an innovative approach to pain management called muscle rebalancing. I then combined all of these into my teachings. 

The results were incredible. 

Anyway, that’s why I’m so passionate about helping women learn on-line how to tap into their power to heal themselves while utilizing my method of gentle yoga, mindfulness, self-care and muscle re-balancing. 

I want you to know that there's hope.

What's so great about managing our chronic stress and pain holistically?

✅ There's no magic pill or potion that can do this for us.  We must check-in with our feelings, emotions and bodies.  Really listen to symptoms and pain knowing we all have the ability to heal within.

✅ I'm not a doctor, nutritionist, therapist or accountant. I'm  the bridge and the in-between guide (after you go to the doctor's appointments, taken the yoga classes, got work done with your chiropractor and read a ton of self-help books).

A few Random Facts About Me:

✅ I married my husband and best friend in 2000

✅ We love cats! We are pet parents to 2 beautiful kitties

✅ I'm the girl next door but also quite quirky and funny at times

✅ I'm a homebody. I'm sociable but also crave a ton of alone time

✅ I'm an empath

✅ I'm obsessed with music. I love jazz, classic rock, disco, and am into hipster music (at least that's what my channel says)

✅ I was convinced as a child that I would marry Joe Elliott of Def Leppard some day.

Oh well, I made out pretty good. 

 

 

When I first became interested in Yoga and Mindful Meditation, over 20 years ago, I didn’t know who to trust (as you might feel right now) and started following advice that, in hindsight, was overcomplicated and seemed to be geared towards skinny women trying to do acrobatics or guru men that sat in a pretzel like pose for long hours looking like they are in a trance. 

 

I didn’t feel it was geared towards someone like me. 

I realized I was being fed lies. Anybody can “do” Yoga and Meditation. Yoga and Mindful Meditation are easy to understand and implement into your lifestyle. It doesn’t have to just be physical exercise or hippy trippy poses.
