With almost 2 decades of experience teaching Gentle Yoga and meditation in various settings, I've had the privilege of working one-on-one and in groups of all sizes


Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to support individuals of different ages, sizes, and abilities


But it doesn't stop there.

I've also personally experienced the challenges of chronic illness, stress, and anxiety, so I truly understand how frustrating and overwhelming it can be.

Additionally, I have a personal connection to the importance of self-care and holistic well-being.

Losing my mother about two years ago, who faced her own struggles throughout her life, has deeply influenced me.

Witnessing her suffering from a young age into adulthood has highlighted the significance of taking care of ourselves and approaching it holistically.

I've learned firsthand the consequences of ignoring problems and simply hoping they'll disappear.

So, as your guide, I bring not only my expertise but also a deep understanding and empathy for what you may be going through.
