How’s your stress and pain levels lately?
Did you know that the reason most women fail to manage stress and pain effectively is because they’ve never realized that they are already overusing, over stressing and overstretching their muscles and minds?

After working with many stressed women, I know how scary and frustrating managing chronic pain can be.
Not only do they experience some stress and minor health issues, but if they can’t turn things around, sooner or later they will experience chronic pain and stress in certain common areas that will progressively worsen.🤧
That’s what happens to far too many women…. They try a free yoga class or video only to experience overusing, over stressing and over stretching certain muscles, ligaments and tendons which in turn leads to more pain and stress.
Or they become so paralyzed by indecision that they never make a change.
