Honestly, I believe that we either pay for our health now or later.🤷‍♀️

 

I've seen firsthand how investing in yourself can dramatically lead to feeling stronger, more flexible and balanced. Working with me will save you the frustration of trying to figure it all out on your own or on the “cheap".😉

 

While you can get this from many different types of exercises, there is something special about gentle yoga.

 

There’s no need to hit the gym and push yourself with heavy weights or intense cardio.

 

Gentle yoga can be relaxing and challenging at the same time while providing you with so many health benefits.

 

You don’t need $300 yoga outfits or to sit in perfect  poses for hours a day to call yourself a yogi. 😊 

 

When I devoted myself to learning about and teaching yoga, it was to help myself overcome depression, various eating disorders and chronic pain I was suffering from.

 

That’s what I teach.🙋‍♀️

 

Yes, yoga can be a beautiful practice.

 

It’s also an internal journey that can lead to so much healing.🍃 Gentle yoga can help you re-center yourself, gain strength, flexibility and find peace. That’s what Celestial Yoga is all about.

When you work with me, it is my mission to share these tips so that you may also lead a happier, more simple, and de-stressed life as well. 

 

Rather than giving you an exact diet or yoga or exercise regime to follow (that is so NOT my thing), I’m instead giving you the tips and tools necessary to implement profound lifestyle changes as you see fit. Remember, the best routine is one you can stick to.

This is such a foundational piece.  To appreciate what we have and know that less is more. We don’t need a bunch of “stuff” to make us happy. 

 

When we take the time to assess why we want new things, we can dig deep into our desire and we often come to find that less is more and keeping it simple allows us to lead a more stress-free life.🙌
