“Our very survival depends on our ability to stay awake, to adjust to new ideas, to remain vigilant and to face the challenge of change.”

How does this soundπ...
Imagine it’s 5 years from now and you feel more freedom, peace, and calm than you ever have in your adult life.
You are able to bring your best self forward and answer your calling of being a soulful and impactful woman.π§πΌβοΈ
You're able to manage how you respond and react to stressful events, situations and people that you have little control over.
Then I ask...
How can you be there for your loved ones if you are depleted and ready to call an uber to escape your house (and family)? π€
Until you are able to manage your stress and get things in order in your life, how are you able to feel more freedom, peace, and calm?
I truly believe that by practicing self-care you are able to manage your stress holistically and naturally, with consistency and over time.π
Then and only then can you feel more freedom, peace, and calm and be able to begin tackling your goals of being the best advocate, parent, artist, grandma, (you name it) you can be .
Theseπ·beautiful goals depend on you being your best self first so that you have energy and time to give to others.
πI share a ton of simple and actionable tips in my FREE SOS 10 Day Video Series.
This series is all about practicing SELF-CARE, plus ORGANIZING and PRIORITIZING, so that you can be on your way to being the SOULFUL and IMPACTFUL woman you've always meant to be (just didn't have the time or energy for!)
Here’s my story and how I’ve overcome challenges...
π§π»βοΈI have been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 17 years in person.
I’m also a health and wellness coach that has sprinkled my expertise throughout my classes, workshops and one-on-one sessions.

Personally, I’ve experienced and overcome depression, anxiety and stress.
πͺI am a recovering drug addict, emotional eater and former bulimic.
πͺI’m a rape survivor plus a physical and emotional abuse survivor.
πͺI’ve survived multiple broken bone injuries and many emergency surgeries.
During COVID, I had a minor surgery that turned into a rare infection. A few months later after I finally recovered my mom passed away after a lifetime of suffering from various illnesses. She was 69 years old.
A few months later my friend from college passed away all of a sudden. She was 51 years old.
My husband and I were on the brink of claiming bankruptcy many years ago but I was able to turn it around after a ton of eye-opening experiences.π
Due to COVID and the many restrictions that it had on small businesses, I had to restructure how to service my clients immediately and differently than I was prepared to do (or wanted to do).
What I’ve learned through all of this is that I am resourceful, scrappy and resilient.
I’m a survivor and a thriver!π¦Ύπ₯³
I know you can be too because like me you are more than your story.
You are more than what has happened to you.β€οΈ
You are a blessing to this world and are loved by more than you know.
